First of all, I am not a magician or a genius. I can't hand you an upgraded career on a silver platter.
But what I am is a PROBLEM SOLVER!
And the reason I am so focused on getting this series of Masterclasses out to you is because I was like you once... many years ago. Literally in the same spot, asking myself the same questions you are asking yourself now, trying to find out how to upgrade my career.
At the time I knew I was technically capable, a great worker, full of potential to be promoted but for some reason it was not coming as fast as I wanted it to. I worked hard and thought my excellent work would speak for me. But it did not!
So I did something different. I got curious. I dug in and found out what to focus on to move my career forward. I tacked the hairy topics, not taught at school or in university, that require one to delve deep into the mindset and stretch the comfort zone. I applied what I learnt and my corporate career took off.

Over 3 months we will meet in 6 Masterclasses, one every fortnight. These are online classes that you will log into from the comfort of your own home. You also get a course workbook that will guide you during the Masterclass and that you can use to make notes.
How long can I have access to the Masterclasses?
You have ongoing access to the Masterclasses so you can listen or re-listen to the class at your preferred time.
